All accepted papers will be published (with an ISBN) by Prentice Hall-Pearson.
Full Paper
Authors accepted to submit a full paper should download the final paper kit here: [paper_final_template_kit.zip]
Authors may use either the DOT template file or RTF format provided in the kit. Authors must convert their completed manuscripts to MsWord DOC and PDF format to avoid changes between platforms and printouts during delivery (the position of figures and paragraphs). Authors must submit the final manuscript in MsWord DOC and PDF formats – 2 files to be submitted.
The maximum number of pages for full paper submission is 8 pages. All final papers must be submitted in English. Authors are required to adhere strictly to the page limit and not to exceed 8 pages. Additional pages submitted may be edited out from the final proceedings.
Poster/Demo Paper
Authors who are submitting poster papers or demonstration sessions must submit a write up with a maximum of 4 pages. The template for poster papers can be downloaded here:

Posters will be mounted on poster boards (one poster per board) with tacks which will be available on site. The poster boards are 2.45 meters high by 1 meter wide. Presenters can mount multiple single sheets of paper, larger posters, pictures, or any printed materials on the boards. The schedule for poster(s) presentations will be provided in due course.
Panel Paper
Authors who are submitting for panel sessions must submit a write up with a maximum of 2 pages. The template can be downloaded here: [panel_final_template_kit.zip]

Workshop
Authors for accepted workshop sessions must provide descriptions of the workshop with a maximum of 3 pages. The template can be downloaded here: [workshop format.rtf]
Workshops can only accommodate a maximum of 20 participants and will only run for one (1) day beginning at 9am – 5pm, on 17th March, 2008.
Authors who proposed workshops will automatically be the “Workshop Organizer” and must submit plans for their workshop sessions following the format template. All workshop organizers must plan for their workshop accordingly, and are highly encouraged to organize their own working and programme committees.
Organizers must provide the names and details of their committee line-up which will be included in this document. Organizers must also provide the HFT2008 Local Organising committee (hft2008@gmail.com) a 50-word description with web link of the workshop – this will be included in the conference website.
Summary of requirements:
1. Submit the workshop descriptions using the format provided by 7th January, 2008 (2 files to be submitted)
2. Provide a 50-word description for workshop by 21st December, 2007
3. A URL weblink for further details of the workshop up by 21st December, 2007

Submission Guidelines
All authors must submit their final papers in MSWord (.doc) and its respective PDF (.pdf) document (total 2 files) to: hft2008@gmail.com
Your email must be titled as follows:
HFT2008 [surname, initial of main author] – [paper number] - [category of submission]

The deadline for all submissions is 7th January 2008 (midnight, local time zone).
Withdrawal and Retractions
If you decide to withdraw from submitting your paper, please inform us as soon as possible. You may write to the HFT 2008 Local Organising Conference Committee at hft2008@gmail.com.
